The Photographer

First and foremost, make sure you have an amazing photographer! Many people don’t realize the importance of having a truly spectacular photographer until after the wedding and they see the amazing pictures. This is going to be one of the most important days in your lives and having it artistically¬†and beautifully captured is a must do!

Not all City Halls are the Same!

City halls differ all over the country, from state to state, from county to county. Make Sure your Officiant Matters

As one of the only guests at your wedding, your officiant really matters! This is a decision only you guys can make. Is it someone relating to your faith? A friend? A sibling? Whoever it is, make sure they have all their correct paperwork filed and know what they need to do on the day of!

Can I get a Witness?

The second most important person is your witness! This is the person tasked with signing their name so the whole world can know you two are officially hitched! Again, it can be whoever you want, so make sure you think about it before hand. Most city hall weddings will allow between two and fifteen guests, so make them count!

Indulge in Traditions you want!

Allow yourself to indulge in a dress, accessory or bouquet! You guys are making all the rules for your wedding! If you want an elegant dress, go for it! If you’re more of a t-shirt and jeans couple, that’s perfect too! Just make sure you tell the guests you do invite what your “dress code” is.
