Who figures out the logistics? What kind of support can you expect? So many important questions need to be answered for you to have confidence that the decor part of your day will go perfectly! Look to the following questions for answers you’ll need for logistics for you, your planner, your venue and the people helping you.

Based off my color scheme and the season of my wedding, what types of florals do you advise? What if I want a flower that is out of season? Do you have any substitution recommendations?
What type of collar (what wraps your bouquet) do you recommend with my theme and floral choice?
What type of extra décor (boutonnières, bridesmaid flowers, centerpieces, aisle runner, candelabras, trees, arches, etc) do you and my planner think will bring together the event and stay within my budget? What do you think are the most necessary elements?
Will you reach out to my venue for any constraints with design and décor?
What is the situation with vases? Do you have them or do I need to rent them from a third party? What will happen to the flowers after the wedding?
Will a tossing bouquet be provided or is that extra? If the boutonnières are complex, will you help pin the groomsmen?
